Our Story & Vision
With over 25 years in healthcare, Dawn King Dushane, MSN, FNP-C, brings extensive experience and expertise in hormone health and hormone optimization. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and clinician, she specializes in bioidentical hormone therapy and optimizing hormones for overall wellness, body composition, and long-term health. Dawn understands the significant impact that hormone imbalances can have on age-related and chronic conditions, and she is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through personalized, functional medicine-based care.
As the founder of Renew Wellness & Aesthetics, a physician-supervised functional medicine and aesthetics clinic in the Texas Hill Country, Dawn has built a practice offering hormone optimization, IV therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and aesthetic treatments including Botox and dermal fillers, all rooted in a whole-person approach to wellness. Renew also offers telemedicine and virtual care, providing hormone optimization and medical weight loss services to patients across Texas and Florida.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys all things fitness, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, four daughters, one granddaughter, their dogs Boerne and Tito, and their tortoise Cujo.
